IGOR RUSINOWSKI
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF UNILINK GROUP AND ACRISURE CEE
Since 2012 leads Unilink Group as the leading owner and CEO – the largest insurance distributor in CEE Region, with annual premium written approaching EUR 1,5 billion. Unilink Group is market leader in 6 countries in the Region – Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Moldova. It operates a network of over 2.500 branches and 15.000 Agents, serving 7 mln customers. Since August 1, 2023, Unilink Group is part of Acrisure – one of the largest brokers in the world.
During 2010-2012 Igor Rusinowski had a role of Management Board Member at Link4, with responsibility for development of traditional sales channels.
Before that he worked for the British insurance group RSA, where starting from 2008 r. had a role in Regional Management Board with responsibility for strategy and business development in Central and Eastern Europe. RSA was the owner of Link4 at that time.
Earlier Igor worked in leading consulting companies: PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey & Company, advising banking and insurance clients in Poland, United States and Europe.
Igor graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and holds MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He is also a member of international association of chartered accountants – ACCA.
