Registration Policy

In order to participate in the conference all authors are required to pay the registration fee. At least one author per paper must register (and pay the fee) by 15^th August 2023 to be listed in the conference programme.

Reduced early bird fee is offered to all participants who register and pay the fee by 30^th June 2023.
Both early bird and standard fees include a discount for all EERIA members whose EERIA membership has not expired before the conference commences. To become a member, please click here. To renew your membership, please click here.
Complimentary attendance is offered to Invited Guests.

Any cancellation received in writing before 15^th August 2023 will be refunded less 50 EUR in administration fee. Cancellations received after 15^th August 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

All payments can be made in EUR or Polish Zlotys (PLN).

We would like to inform you that during the 2023 EERIA Second Annual Conference, photographs and audiovisual recordings will be made. Your image will be recorded only for the purpose of documenting PUEB activities and informing about the event in promotional materials and PUEB website. Data processing is based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e GDPR, i.e. performing a task carried out in the public interest. The administrator of your personal data is the Poznań University of Economics and Business with its registered office in Poznań (61-875) at Niepodległości 10 Avenue.
